• www.knowhowtogo.org It’s never too early to start preparing for college. This site provides information and resources to help your students get going in the right direction.
• www.college.gov college.gov is created by the U.S. Department of Education in collaboration with students. This site is intended to be the go-to source for information and resources about planning, preparing and paying for postsecondary education (such as 2- or 4-year colleges and universities, and vocational or career schools). Most importantly, college.gov is intended to provide inspiration and hope to all students, and encourage them to consider and pursue a postsecondary education.

Use “College MatchMaker” to generate a list of colleges that match your students’ preferences. Create and manage a personal list of colleges with “My Organizer.” Have your students get ready for the SAT by taking an official, free practice test.
• www.actstudent.org The ACT student site provides information on many aspects of planning for college, including career planning and financial aid. Students can also register for the ACT and find materials to prepare for the test.
